Despite its space-saving footprint, a single unit handles up to 900–1,200 cassette positions​ per run, dramatically increasing laboratory throughput.

2. AI-Powered 4D Intelligent Quality Control — Real-Time Reagent Concentration Monitoring​

Equipped with the world's first AI-driven intelligent QC system, featuring a 4D quality control architecture that performs real-time online monitoring of all reagent concentrations. The entire dehydration process is continuously supervised, with timely alerts on reagent status, ensuring stable tissue dehydration quality and eliminating the risk of processing failure.

A single unit delivers multiple working modes: sample fixation, routine dehydration, rapid dehydration, decalcification, and automatic embedding.
