Chen Jun, male, was born in 1970 in Qu'an Town, Sanyuan County, Shaanxi Province, with ancestral roots in Heze, Shandong. He graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and holds professional qualifications such as Senior Traditional Chinese Medicine Dispenser, Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Therapist, and Senior Psychological Counselor. In addition, Chen Jun obtained an MBA and PhD from VU School of Management and completed the Executive MBA programs at Tsinghua University and Peking University HSBC Business School. He is also a co-founder of Huaxunhui.

In 1992, Chen Jun came to Guangzhou to develop his career, starting his professional journey in the medical field. In 1997, he decided to leave the hospital and enter the medical device sales industry, gradually rising from an ordinary employee to general manager due to his outstanding abilities. Thereafter, he continued to expand his business scope and, in December 2003, founded Guangzhou Xiuwai Trading Co., Ltd., serving as its chairman. In 2008, under Chen Jun's leadership, Guangzhou Xiuwai successfully obtained the China long-term general agency rights for 13 brands worldwide. In 2015, he led the team to start independent product development, focusing on the pathology field, providing full-process solutions from specimen collection to diagnosis with instruments, consumables, and reagents, and obtained multiple invention and utility model patents. In 2016, Chen Jun founded Guangzhou Xiuwai Technology Co., Ltd. and the Xiuwai brand.

Chen Jun has not only achieved remarkable success in the business field but also actively participates in social welfare activities. In 2019, he was honored with the title of 'Good Person of Xianyang' for his honesty in returning lost money in Turkey and for saving someone by jumping into the sea, and he was awarded the 'Civilized Tourist' prize by Shaanxi Province. His heroic deeds have been widely reported by authoritative media such as CCTV, People's Daily, and Xinhua News Agency. On May 31, 2023, Chen Jun was invited to participate in the interview program 'The Lead Dancer on a Glass Slide' broadcast on the Central New Film Discovery Channel.

2019: Selected for the second batch of "Good People of Xianyang" in March-April. 

2019: Awarded the "Civilized Tourist" prize by Shaanxi Province, recognizing his honesty in returning lost money in Turkey and his act of jumping into the sea to save someone.

2023: Received the "Powerful Contribution Award" and the "Perseverance Award" from Huaxunhui.
