SOWE:The world's first Fully Enclosed Triple-Chamber Intelligent Rapid Tissue Processor is an innovative breakthrough in histopathology. It is the first system capable of independently processing small, medium, and large tissue specimens simultaneously, overcoming one of the long-standing challenges in tissue processing.

With a single processing capacity ranging from 300 to 1,200 tissue cassettes, the system delivers up to three times the throughput of a conventional tissue processor while requiring only a modest increase in equipment footprint.

The three independent processing chambers intelligently share a single reagent management system through optimized scheduling, significantly reducing reagent consumption. Meanwhile, the system continuously monitors the effective concentration of formalin, alcohol, and xylene, ensuring consistent reagent quality throughout processing.

An advanced intelligent control system provides precise regulation of temperature and processing time, guaranteeing reliable and reproducible tissue processing results.

Key Features

  • 15-inch touchscreen interface with an intuitive and user-friendly operating system for rapid operator training.

  • Electromagnetic stirring integrated into each processing chamber to improve reagent penetration and processing uniformity.

  • Triple-level liquid sensors in every processing chamber. Failure of a single sensor does not interrupt normal operation.

  • Sloped chamber-bottom design minimizes residual reagent volume after drainage.

  • Redundant pneumatic system automatically switches to the backup air circuit if the primary pneumatic system fails, ensuring uninterrupted tissue processing.

  • Built-in backup battery supports operation during power outages of up to one hour.

  • Critical components—including processing chambers, paraffin chamber, and distribution valves—feature dual heating elements and dual temperature sensors. Failure of one heater or sensor does not affect continued operation.

  • Heated cleaning tank for improved maintenance efficiency.

Advanced Intelligent Functions

  • Reserved backup heating circuit enables rapid switchover in the event of heating system failure.

  • Each of the three processing chambers can run identical or completely independent processing protocols. The intelligent scheduler automatically prioritizes shorter programs for maximum efficiency.

  • Comprehensive operation history with more than 20 diagnostic alarm sources. Most faults can be automatically handled and recorded, allowing predictive maintenance and minimizing downtime.

  • Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote monitoring from smartphones, tablets, or PCs. Operators can view equipment status in real time and receive alarm notifications for rapid intervention.

  • When abnormal reagent quality is detected, the system automatically bypasses the affected reagent station, substitutes an alternative reagent of the same type, and issues an alarm notification.

  • Supports customized software functions and workflow configurations.
